Excellent location

Small rooms and cleaning is not the best

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 4 nights, yet everything was very good. This hotel was located in a central area close to kind of a cove with another door, 5th Avenue and coffee shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. It was very close to Ashley's Fine Foods, where you can have dinner.

Location and conciearge staff

The nightclub was too loud and could be heard in our room on friday and sat night until 4am. The hotel rooms could also do with some love and care (they are very tired)

Had a hearty and above average breakfast with a wide assortment of hot and bacon, as for instance. The location was perfect to several areas in the city, close to an Art Deco skyscraper.

Location was quite good for price

Very noisy with regards to sound proofing, plumbing and guests. Rooms are very small and poorly maintained. Was given a room on the 5th floor (smoking room) the place stunk of cigarettes and neither of us smoke!

Perfect for family trip

Absolutely loved the location! It was just a short walk to many attractions. The staff was super accommodating, really went out of their way to hold all our luggage while my daughter moved into her dorm. Came back to a clean room each night. Was like home!

Wasn't exactly cheap. But I guess it was worth it for the memories.

Location: the hotel was near to Broadway, and 5th Avenue and other attractions. The a double room we were allocated in was luxurious.

Noisy toilet Safety deposit box was broken One pillow and facecloths missing above all: we were given a room with a view of a rooftop with huge cooling towers which made noise all night by constantly turning on and off. We could not sleep. There had been water damage in the halls on our floor, large construction fans were lying in the hall. It is definitely not what we expected from a radisson hotel.

Recommend for an overnight stopping

Charming hotel, historic decor, great location with nearby restaurants and easy access to public transport at just 15km from LaGuardia.

Breakfast must be booked in advance.

The staff are excellent, very friendly but professional at the same time. The location is good, close to 5 th avenue and only a few blocks from Times Square. Room was quiet with no traffic noise etc which was great. On check in we were given an upgraded to a lovely room of a decent size for New York. Would definately stay here again

Got charged for a movie that wasnt watched, was refunded but hassle of having to go back to reception to change it, and only noticed as we asked for a receipt after payment, wouldnt have been given a receipt as standard

I had such a fantastic experience! The cocktail bar was delightful, and the ambiance was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The housekeeping staff consistently provided attentive service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
